Ordering:

Can I order multiple weight vests and combine the shipping?

  • Yes, just contact accounts@beyondrxgear.com with your order for a custom invoice. 

Can I collect my order in person?

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer a collection service at this time.

Do you have size guides?

  • Where applicable, we provide size guides on the product page. If this guide is not present, then the item is One Size fits all.

Is your weighted vest one size fits all?

  • Yes :)

Do you do armed forces, military, NHS, fire, or police discount?

  • Yes. Please get in touch with accounts@beyondrxgear.com or our social media team.

    Can you help with installation of my pull up bar and other equipment I have ordered?

    • Equipment installations are the responsibility of the customer but we will provide as much advice as we are allowed to give. For advice relating to wall installations and installations with other structural components, we can only offer limited advice. Please contact on accounts@beyondrxgear.com and we will try our best to help you :)

     

    Shipping & Delivery

    Who do you ship with?

    • We ship with FedEx, Parcelforce, and DHL.

    Do you deliver large and heavy orders in multiple pieces, or on a pallet?

    • We deliver large, awkward, or otherwise bulky orders in individual boxes to make sure all of our customers can access them. We do not use pallet services.

    My tracking number is not working - what do I do?

    I have not received my full order - what do I do?

    How long will delivery take?

    • All standard shipping options are next day delivery. The chosen service at checkout will indicate the delivery time. If you are unsure, please contact hello@beyondrxgear.com.

    Why hasn't my order been fulfilled?

    Do you ship to the US / Canada?

    • We not do ship to these countries at this time.
